Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all Funds returned where legally permissible, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where required by law.
sr888 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility — including age, identity, and residence — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified will result in Account restriction or closure.
Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the sr888 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether directly or indirectly — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds or Bonus Funds held therein.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification (KTP), a valid and active email address, a mobile telephone number, your date of birth, and your preferred account currency (Indonesian Rupiah, IDR).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your sole responsibility until sr888 has been formally notified of unauthorized access. Notification must be directed to our support team via the live chat channel available in-platform.
You are obligated to keep your Account information accurate and up to date. sr888 will not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account details, including incorrect bank account numbers or e-wallet identifiers provided for withdrawal purposes.
sr888 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. As a general reference, the minimum deposit for bank transfers is Rp 10.000 and for e-wallets is Rp 10.000. Maximum daily deposit limits are subject to change and are shown in-platform.
Deposits via supported payment methods are typically credited to your sr888 Account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmed transfer. Delays may occur during bank maintenance windows, public holidays in Indonesia, or periods of unusually high platform traffic. sr888 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
sr888 does not impose fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which sr888 bears no responsibility.
All transactions on the sr888 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). No foreign currency conversion is supported at this time.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback awards, and promotional offers made available by sr888 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and eligible game contributions will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering contributions by game type are: slots (100%), live casino (10–20%), table games (5–10%), sports betting (varies by market). Crash games may have a zero contribution rate on certain bonuses — refer to the specific promotion terms.
sr888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming promotions via multiple Accounts; using systematically low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements; exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation; and collusion with other members. Where abuse is identified, sr888 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel derived winnings, suspend the Account, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of issuance will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance without notice. Real-money Funds are unaffected by bonus expiry.
sr888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its absolute discretion — including without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of a game or sporting event has been compromised, or where the wager has been placed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market, and Member Account tier. Applicable limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of wagering.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed, sr888 reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the stake to the Member. This applies regardless of whether the error was in the Member's favor. Pari passu treatment will be applied to all Members affected by the same error.
Football markets on sr888 — including bandar bola (online bookmaker) markets, Asian handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator), and 1X2 — are subject to additional sport-specific rules available within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a match abandonment, results and payouts will be determined in accordance with the applicable league and competition rules as interpreted by sr888's trading team.
Live casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or such other provider as is applicable). In the event of a dispute regarding a live casino hand or round, the provider's decision is final, subject to escalation via sr888's support team.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sr888 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and potential legal action:
As part of our licensing obligations and internal compliance framework, sr888 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, prior to permitting continued wagering above certain thresholds.

KYC submissions are typically reviewed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours. Members will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address and via in-platform notification. Additional document requests, where required, will be communicated with reasons.
An Account that has not completed KYC will have its withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete. In cases where KYC cannot be satisfied within a reasonable timeframe, sr888 reserves the right to close the Account and return deposited Funds (less any amounts constituting Bonus Funds) to the originating payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sr888's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by that Member and held in their Account at the time the claim arises.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Funds will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from your use of the sr888 Platform shall first be submitted to sr888's internal dispute resolution process via the support team. If resolution cannot be achieved internally within thirty (30) days of formal submission, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
sr888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where changes are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the sr888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.2.
